Their defense would likely be the word “Turbo” preceding it and the electric, upbeat mood of the packaging design, signaling loud and modern. I’m sure your concern will still come up though, but it all falls under the “breaking a few eggs” theme.

at 8% that should tip off any traditionalist that this is not your grandfather's radler, which tend to land between 2-5%
Agreed. As long as they notice the ABV % and use it as a consideration, which some don't think about.
